“BreakThrough” Continues To Change Lives

“After listening to Joe Neid yesterday several times the light bulb finally went on.  I booked my flight today and will attend Breakthrough 7.
Tell Joe THANK YOU for finally getting the light bulb to go ON!”
…Emailed after a Fresh Start Call from Mr. C.S.

So, what happened at the Breakthrough Conference?

Have you ever had the feeling when you meet a group of people, that they’re just your kind of people? You don’t have to try hard, you don’t have to watch what you say, you can just be yourself and they’ll ‘get it’ – And the thing is, it feels the same for them too?

I’d been to personal development conferences before – lots of them – so I knew what to expect. At least I thought I did… But Breakthrough was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before!

I knew I would have the privilege of listening to some of the best motivational speakers in the world, and I was really excited to hear their wisdom, and have the opportunity to integrate it into my thinking. I was certainly not disappointed. The calibre of the speakers was phenomenal – true global thought-leaders graced the stage one after another.

I was surprised at just how many speakers LifePath had lined up for us… But what truly shocked me, was how interactive and intimate the conference felt . You could tell, the speakers were enjoying it just as much as be attendees – they felt it too. There’s nothing better than feeling you’re in the right place, with people just like you.

These wonderful speakers, who’ve made it their mission to spread the word on how we can all grow to our full potential and make the world a better place – they were brilliant. They shone their light for all of us – all the brighter because they were amongst friends. It was amazing.

And a wonderful thing happens when people shine: they give other people permission to do the same. And in this moment, surrounded by all possibility, you can finally give yourself permission to shine. So that’s what I did.

I learned, I laughed, I had more fun than I’d had in years, I made friends to last a lifetime, and I found out how amazing life can be when you throw yourself into it Full Out. I broke an arrow with my throat, and I walked across a bed of 1200° coals! I did things that ‘common sense’ cautioned me against, and I found out I Could Do Them.

I realized there were many things in my life that had seemed difficult or impossible – and now I knew that the only thing holding me back, was my own limiting beliefs…

The person who was flying home, was not the person who had arrived just a few days earlier. At long last I knew… I was Unstoppable.

No Harm Done In Eating Better.

No Harm Done In Eating Better.

Written by Nutritional Educator Deanna Latson, M.A., C.C.N., ND

I’ll never forget the day my mom confided in me that she had breast cancer. I looked through my tears into her eyes and committed to knowing everything I could about the disease.

Many articles have been written about diet and its relationship to cancer. The research contradicts itself repeatedly, specialists argue many points, and so its hard for the reader to know what to believe.

After spending countless hours and many years researching breast cancer, I can now say with certainty that improving your diet during treatment, after treatment, AND even before treatment, does help. (Before treatment is best). It’s not known for sure how much diet helps but the research is clear that it does. A healthy dietary regime should be a part of any smart comprehensive cancer treatment plan.

What is breast healthy eating?

Here is a list of do’s and don’ts that improve the immune system function.

Boosting the immune system lowers the odds of facing the disease again.

Top 10 Don’ts

1.     Avoid processed grains and stay away from white flour products.

2.     Make soda a thing of the past. Yes, even diet soda.

3.     Steer clear of white sugar, brown sugar, and high fructose corn syrup like they’re the plague. Sugar feeds            cancer. Say no to that Snickers.

4.     Don’t eat anything blue, bright pink, florescent yellow, BECAUSE its not real food.

5.     Say good-bye to alcohol. A little good wine once in a while, but nothing more.

6.     Think of fast food as bottom of the barrel junk that only harms the body.

7.     Avoid eating high meat diets. Evidence that meat consumption increases breast cancer risk is growing.

8.     Stay clear of burned and charred foods.

9.     Don’t eat nitrates and nitrites, which are in things like cured meats and hot dogs.

10.   Finally don’t let those extra pounds creep up.  Being even 10 lbs over weight has shown to increase breast cancer risk.

Top 10 Do’s

1.     Buy a juicer and make fresh vegetable juice everyday. Make it a regular part of your lifestyle.

2.     Buy high quality fruits and veggies and make them a central part of your food intake. eat organic when possible.

3.     Make vegetarian, low fat meals. Buy a good vegan cookbook or check on line for lots of free recipes.  www.gotohealth.com is a good source.

4.     Included flax seeds daily. The lignans flax contain are gelatinous fibres which are highly protective against hormonal cancers.

5.     Remember that your skin is your largest organ and avoid putting chemicals on your body.

6.     Take a high quality supplement. Vitamineral Green by Health Force is a great one.

7.     Get a great protein source. Spirulina and hemp seeds are fantastic sources.

8.     Make sure to eat cruciferous vegetables. They help break down estrogen into a “good” form that is not associated with breast cancer. Broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower are common examples of cruciferous vegetables.

9.     Eat fiber. Fiber may help reduce breast cancer by binding to estrogen in your body.

10.   Use cold pressed olive oil instead of other oils.

Living a breast healthy life will not only benefit breast health but it will improve everyone’s overall well being.  Enjoy eating fabulous foods & staying your healthiest, while being your best!

“Thinking” What You Desire into Reality

“Thinking” What you Desire into Reality by Joy Elizabeth Msc.D.

We get what we think about, whether we want it or not.

Thought creates the feeling within our emotions; this is the impetus for solidifying our thoughts.  Pay careful attention to your thinking, our thoughts create our reality. Think about what you want in your life. Think about how you love to feel.

We are remarkable.  We have knowledge and abilities that we have not even tapped into yet.  We can have wealth and abundance.  We can have a perfect life with the one’s that we love in harmonious bliss.

What do you want more than anything in life?  First create it it your mind.  Feel it, believe you have it, and see yourself having this in everyway of your life. Know you have it “now”.  Own it, it is yours!

Remember, your thoughts today are creating your reality tomorrow.

Continuing Education and Masterminding

Continuing Education and Masterminding by Dave Mackenzie

I am truly blessed and full of appreciation and gratitude for the freedom I enjoy as an entrepreneur.

I’m excited to learn from the likes of Patrick Combs (personal development author, TV celebrity, comedian, and hall of fame motivational speaker), Michael Oliver (long time associate of Deepak Chopra and author of Natural Selling), Fredric Lehrman (Author of the acclaimed course titled Prosperity Consciousness). I consider it a great honor to share the stage with these amazing trainers. It gives me the opportunity to learn from the masters and mastermind at the same time.

One characteristic I’ve observed with successful entrepreneurs is their dedication to ongoing self improvement, learning new skills and better ways to grow there business. They understand that in order to create more success, they have to be creative. Being creative entails learning new ways of thinking, new skill sets, and mind-sharing with other like-minded individuals. I participate in weekly mentor sessions with some of the best teachers and trainers in the world who constantly stimulate my creativity and my skills. Not a session goes by without me experiencing a paradigm shift, an “ah-ha” moment, or an idea I can put to use immediately to create better results in my life and business.

“You must surround yourself with people who have the same passion and drive that you do”. When attending education workshops, it is In fact, the meetings after the meeting that I enjoy most. The creative mind share and exchange of ideas, and group support of your goals and dreams turbo-charges and empowers the content of what was presented. Developing and maintaining your own mastermind group is of paramount to your success. Get started now on creating one, The freedom you will feel as an entrepreneur surrounding yourself with like minded people, will fill you with the appreciation and gratitude that I have felt. Be successful& be the Greatest that you can be.

“No two minds ever come together without creating a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind” - Napoleon Hill

Personal Development from Dave Mackenzie on the beach

From the perspective of an entrepreneur, personal development, self help, growth or whatever label you’d like to attach to the process of expanding yourself, is critical to success in business and in creating a prosperous, meaningful life.

Life is an ongoing dynamic journey where we are constantly experiencing new and challenging things and circumstances. There are many aspects to enjoying a quality life and finding a balance where you have abundance in all areas; health, relationships, spirituality, finances, career, recreation, and education. We are all dealt a unique hand, so to speak in the game of life. How we play that hand, the choices we make and the actions we take define the outcome we ultimately experience. The secret is that it all boils down to thought. with positive thoughts, ideas, and concepts that will enlighten, enrich and empower you to create your life by design.

You can be, do or have anything you desire once you know this to be true, align yourself with the universal success laws and allow your higher power to assist you in realizing your dreams.

A simple practice I’ve found very beneficial is to spend a little time each day exercising you Body, Mind, and Spirit. Feed and move your body with love, care, and thoughtfulness – it is the only one you have, it is your physical temple. Exercise your mind by learning and growing every day. Life never stands still or is stagnate. We live in an energetic, dynamic world where there is no neutral, no standing still. You are either growing or shrinking and age is not a factor. And last but not least, exercise your spirit. Spend time quieting your mind in prayer or meditation to get in touch with God. If you don’t go within you’ll go without.

There are many amazing teachers in the realm of personal development. I encourage you to explore and discover the many insights, wisdoms, and inspirations that are abundantly available in the age of information we now are experiencing.
